The best time to visit is in the morning, as it gives you the chance to witness the workers picking leaves in the plantation. There are also significantly fewer visitors in the morning, making it ideal for photos.
Have breakfast at the stunning cafe that overlooks the plantations as you sip your freshly-made brew. Also, don’t miss trying at least one or two of their famous cakes! They make some of the most delicious crepe cakes in northern Thailand – especially the Thai tea and green tea crepe cakes! Of course, they also have their own signature cake: the Choui Fong Cheesecake, which is a legend in its own right.
Sunsets are also equally breathtaking. You’ll be treated to golden sunsets that dip right behind the nearby mountains. Overall, it’s such a relaxing ambience that will have you coming back time and again. It’s the perfect wholesome activity that the whole family can enjoy.
Due to its location, it’s best to get here by car. The plantation is open daily from 8:30am to 5:30pm. There are no admission fees and all visitors of all ages are welcome.
