Mae Yen Waterfall, Distance & How to Get there from Pai, Thailand
Just before you reach the falls, there will be a steep section, but once you get to the top, the view will be worth it. Bring a picnic and enjoy the view on the rocks and have a swim at the base of the falls to cool off. There is no food or drink available for purchase along the way, so make sure to take a few snacks and plenty of water. Also, there are no toilets along the way.
Although the falls are at their fullest during the rainy period between November and January, the rain can make the trail very difficult to traverse as it becomes quite slippery with rain, so hikers are advised to trek during the dry season.
