Pai Piranha Fishing Park

The Pai Piranha Fishing Park & Guesthouse is located just 10 minutes north of the city centre of Pai, in northern-Thailand.

The park consists of a large fishing pond and onsite guest house and restaurant which welcomes visitors from all over the world.

The Pai Piranha Fishing Park is a catch and release park with over 30 species of fish living in the lake including Pacu (Piranha), Pleco, Roho Barb as well as many varieties of Carp and Catfish. Barbless hooks are used in order to limit damage to the fish. You can opt to fish for a full or half day, and the price is inclusive of a rod.

Whilst you fish, there is an onsite bar which has happy hour all day with super cheap beers and spirits on offer. The restaurant also serves a number of Thai and Western dishes and is open for Breakfast and Lunch.

Please note that the Pai Pirhana Fishing Park often closes down during the low season as the dry season typically leaves the pond very low. The park typically closes during the hottest period of the year between April – May.
